Poor Upload Speed on Xbox One

Tenho um Xbox One "fat" e ele sempre apresentou problemas no multijogador. Antigamente eu não me importava pois eu tinha uma conexão ruim, mas hoje possuo uma internet de 100MB de download e 50MB de upload. Quando faço o teste de velocidade no celular, computador
e até no navegador Edge do Xbox, os testes retornam sempre os mesmos resultado de 100MB para download e 50MB para upload, porém ao fazer o teste no sistema do Xbox, ele diz que tenho menos de 1,9MB de upload, o que descobri ser a causa dos meus problemas.
Não consigo fazer streaming de jogos, quando gravo clipes de 30 segundos eles demoram mais de 10 minutos para serem carregados e tenho dificuldade em encontrar outros jogadores. Meu roteador é novo, tem porta-giga, as portas corretas estão abertas, já fiz
todo o possível e estou começando a achar que seja um problema de hardware do meu Xbox. Alguém já viu esse problema?

Tentei habilitar o NAT na sua operadora, também verifique as configurações de portas dos modens.

Hoje fiz um teste e levei o console na casa de un amigo que tem outro operadora e a velocidade de upload subiu. Agora so preciso saber como falar pra minha operadora sobre, o que eles tem que fazer, porque pra todos os aparelhos da casa a velocidade de upload
é de 50MB e peo Xbox menos de 2MB. Aparentemente o problema é na operadora...

Have you reached out to your Internet provider to see if there is any issues with connecting to Xbox Live services through their Internet? Also here is a Xbox Support page that can help walk you through the steps to get your connection working properly.

Thanks Christyna, I'll try to talk with them about this. Only to be sure, there's any information I have to give them to do some tests or somthing like this? I access Xbox Live from Brazil.
