    Apparently there is no other way to submit a complaint about xbox one customer support - my case # is 1272812667. I called customer support because my xbox one would not play blu-ray, dvd or game discs. After a 30 minute call on 12/13 where I did a hard
    restart and unistalled/reinstalled the blu-ray app several times, it finally started working. The technician I spoke to stated that I would receive a call 12/14 at 4pm CST to see if it was still working, and if not, then the counsel would be replaced (it
    is still under warranty). Not only did I not get the promised callback, when I finally called support (because the blu-ray player was not working again), I had to repeat all of the same steps before the technician would process the replacement of the counsel
    wasting another 30 minutes of my time. It was at this point I was informed that I could pay $15 to receive a refurbished counsel immediately or wait 3 weeks while mine was sent back to possibly still receive a refurbished counsel that was not my own. After
    having another 30 minute wait while they processed my credit card information, I realized that this situation is pretty ridiculous. I bought a brand-new xbox one, not a refurbished xbox one. On top of that, I need to pay $15 to replace my new counsel that
    doesn't work with a refurbished one or be without for 3 weeks? When you buy a brand new car, and there is warranty work to be done, they don't just say "Sorry, I guess you'll need to catch a ride with a friend", they give you a replacement car to use while
    yours is fixed. Why should this be any different? When I asked about having the $15 fee waived (which is really the least they could do after taking up over 2 hours of my time this weekend) I was told that the feel was in place because it is a lot of work
    for the Microsoft support technician to find a new counsel to replace my defective one with. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor (because clearly my time has no value) at which point I spoke with Ben. Ben succinctly proceeded to tell me that while
    I could "kick this around with him all night" nobody can waive this fee, and basically that I should be grateful that I am getting a replacement counsel. When I asked him how I could submit a complaint on this issue, I was told that there was no one I could
    speak to except for him, and that his boss actually has less power than he does, as "he is only there to create a schedule and sign paychecks". He did tell me that he could submit a complaint on my behalf, but when his boss asked him to investigate it that
    he would find no issue with the poor customer service I received. He also told me that I could talk to another supervisor (lateral) from him, but he would let them now that should back him up, and they wouldn't do any thing either besides take up more of
    my time. So here I am posting on a forum, because apparently there is no way to submit a complaint other than this according to Ben, if I don't want him to investigate it and close it. Overall, I am very disappointed in the service I received, and if this
    is truly the way that Microsoft customer support views their role (as they are doing ME a favor by fulfilling their warranty obligations, and how dare I question their benevolence) I will definitely think twice before purchasing whatever new gaming counsel
    is released.

    BF3 - Cheating?

    haven't played in almost 3 months. don't miss it a bit. broken game, broken servers, broken code. this game is full of broken ambitions. "BAD LUCK" doesn't belong in a game to cover poor design.

    XBOX1 support/volunteers/poor service.

    I am completely disappointed in the support i received(didn't) for an under warranty controller. I was told by the support person one would be shipped to me, and weeks later I find out I'm suppose to ship it to them at my cost! The second support person
    I followed up with was a complete incompetent. I provided the case number and was told.. "Oh yes we received your controller and the new one is on its way Poor support service doesn't even begin to cover it. :)". When I pointed out I never shipped one they got nasty, almost like they actually had to look up
    the case number and mad were busted lying. They definitely lost me as a customer from this point on. Not buying that Surface or any additional One games if that's how Microsoft's support works. #MAGA
