    Poor Service


    Microsoft Bingo servers uncontactable. Please restore service. Service down for at least 17 hours. Where are the DR servers? This kind of outage suggests a single point of failure has failed. Poor design. I hope this isn't typical of the service received
    from the Microsoft Cloud as my employers are currently looking at cloud vendors, and Microsoft is one of them.

    Enough is enough. After four days of patiently waiting for you to fix an obvious problem on your end (if all of the other postings by frustrated customers are to be believed), I"ve decided to go elsewhere for my games.

    There are more than enough other sites to access (more easily) than Microsoft and I will be happy to say goodbye to your lack of attention to site maintenance. I had only stayed due to an evidently misplaced sense of loyalty.

    Since that loyalty is not reciprocated and/or appreciated, I'm gone.

    @op your issue is you bought the srong regionL code

    They only send an one off code if yyou lurchase out of region code that doesnt match your account region

    They dont havd Ny records of the Actual code itself as they are unique and would be a privacy violation if they read the code

    They only give an exchange with. Photo of the card that is with any console and only one time as a one off

    Your balanace is there however you csnt use it until like onyx said you match the balance with ykur account region

    But you may encounter issues with downloading content

    This is why you dont buy out of region codes or set your account region to something you arent actually in

    RDR 2 story mode is an addon for RDR2 online. Both must be installed

    If you wanted them together you had to just buy RDR2

    This is exactly the same on PlayStation

    As my colleagues have mentioned before me, it is an on-going problem that Xbox is attempting to address in kind. If the suggestion from Smwutches, I would attempt to do the following: push the Xbox icon and hold for 15-30 seconds than let go, wait for 30
    seconds, after this then try turning on your xbox again by pushing on the icon again. If neither of these suggestions work, please let us know and we will try to reaolve your issue.
