    Poor quality standard on the Xbox side


    I would like to express the poor quality standard that I have been seeing from the Xbox side of Microsoft. I am a big fan of everything Microsoft, using many products for both work and personal life. The company I work for gets amazing customer support for all of our needs.

    I recently purchased an Xbox Series X to go back and fourth between my PC and Xbox. The PC app is notorious for giving me issues on all of my computers. Such as not responding when I try and launch a game, or opening some random Microsoft url when I try and launch a game.

    This is also one of the reason I opted to get an Xbox as well. But.... it looks like Fallout 76 progress and subscriptions can't be carried over to the Xbox from pc? Both are Microsoft products now. Why?

    This would be fine and dandy, but fallout 76 doesn't even work on PC..... again. This has gone on and off for several years and there have been many many people complaining of it. Yet, no effort to improve this.

    All this has resulted in a very poor personal experience for me. It is a shame to see such a low effort on the quality and user experience of the Xbox environment, when I see the opposite in the other areas of Microsoft.
