poor quality picture. anyone have suggestions how to fix

I am getting a really poor picture quality. Netflix works fine on other devices. I have heard xbox is trying to replace netflix with zune and have since ruined the quality of netflix to decrease its popularity. Does anyone know how to make the picture
clearer. I would dump xbox for ps before I cancel netflix. Bad move microsoft.

i found i get this problem when i have too many device going off my wifi. usually shut a few off then it starts working again,

That is not a correct rumor. Microsoft is not trying to ruin Netflix at all and Zune offers a great variety of programs Netflix does not ...Let's just put that one to bed right now. I was having the same issues. I contacted Netflix support as well as my
ISP and was able to resolve the issues at hand with ease. Check your data usage/allowance from your ISP first off. Next check what services you have from your ISP. If all of those should result in you being able to stream the 3 GB an hour for HD and you cannot
then you need to contact Netflix support and report the programs you had the issues with. Also please consider rebooting and or fully power cycling the router.

We look at the Xbox One as an ever evolving eco-system. The console you see today will not be the same console 6 month/1 year/ etc. down the line. If you take the 360 as an example, from the blades dashboard to what it is today, what a difference! Even in
the video/audio quality it is much better than it was. The same will be true here, this is the first step in the evolution of “next gen” consoles. Please hang in there. We will be bringing out updates to fix and improve things like this. Thank you for understanding.

There are a few things to test (if interested):

1. Test simple (use this for your control): STB (sat box) HDMI Xbox One HDMI TV

- HDMI 1.4 High speed (of high quality) or 2.0 is recommended.

2. Change TV settings: Try Gaming Mode, or Cinema, etc.

3. Configure HDTV Settings (Settings > Display & Sound)

4. Adjust Video Fidelity on the Xbox (color depth and Color space)

5. Try locking in video quality on STB (sat box) within settings: 1080p or 720p

6. Try adjusting Native Mode on the STB (sat box) within settings:
