Poor Latency, Packet Loss and Low Upload Speeds.

Before I type out my problem let me say I have a pretty good understanding about router and networking.

Here is my situation. My ISP connection is 250/10 Mbps and On my devices like phones and computers I am achieving top speeds and have been for some time now. I recently bought a router NETGEAR R6300 and still everything was normal and fine. I adjusted QoS have
UpNp enabled and all my xbox's including my One have open NAT and great speeds. About a day and half ago I noticed lag and tried out testing my xbox connection. The Packet loss is between 2-10 and my upload speed stays at about 0.60 and lower.

I am connected and always have been to a power ethernet adapter and so is my computer and it has normal speeds and so has my xbox for a year now and until recently this has started happening.

I have tried all these troubleshooting tactics.

- Reformatted my xboxs

- Reformatted my router and modem

- Tried different cables

- Tried wireless and wired

- speed tests come out normal on my computers

- Tried wiring directly from the modem(not the router)

I can't seem to find the problem. I contacted NETGEAR and they said everything on the router is fine and we even tried different firmware's. I have called Microsoft and they told me to call my ISP. I called my ISP and they sent packets and said it looked fine
but will look into it. I live in a condo but I don't think it has anything to do with it as I have been here awhile and never ran into this situation.

Has anyone experienced this situation? I've literately tried everything on my end. It seems all my consoles are getting below 0.50 Upload wired or wireless. All my computers and cellphones are fine during speed tests.

Any ideas what I can do about my packet loss and latency issues. Im getting my *** whooped on BF4... more than normal.

Did you try clearing the system cache? Or also try turning off other things that are connected to the network which would make it run slower.
