    I can't play games online or stream Netflix videos. It takes forever to connect to my wireless network ( even though it's next to the router) even a wired connection is just as bad if not worse! Laptops and iPhones all work fine on the internet. Is
    this a hardware or software problem. im getting only 1.77mbs download speeds on my xbox where as my phone and laptop get around 8 - 16mbps Is there a fix? the xbox is right next to the router also. I have tried the turn in got on and off and disconnecting
    then reconnecting again but no change. The whole reason I got an xbox one was to be able to play online and I can't.

    My Opinion On "Online Only" Games.

    Not to mention when you have a poor internet connection it makes the entire game unplayable.

    All i can suggest is opening some ports i think there is a sticky some where on the forum support

    have you also tried hard reset on the console

    Have you tried unplugging your router and re connecting it? This type of stuff happens sometimes due to poor connectivity to the internet.

    Hi, sadly a packet loss can not be caused by the Xbox it´s a poor Internet Connection and you should contact your Internet Provider for help.
