    Poor enforcement


    Hello, I just recieved a communications ban for 24 hours. Regardless of the fact that it is just 24 hours, I believe the decision made was at random and without really investigating my situation. As I was the one who was at the receiving end of the "chirping" via
    messages. I was also much more civil and only after being pestered again and again I responded with more hostile language. But only in order to get my point across and get the individual to stop as I was annoyed. Furthermore said person's insults were much
    more degrading, not to me necessarily, but to a group of people with mental handicaps. Therefore he should have received the ban not me. Please look at both sides of each complaint before making a call.

    Seriously, when will people learn!!!!!!!

    DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE PEOPLE, JUST REPORT THEM AND BLOCK THEM!!!!!

    It doesn't matter what the other person said, you responded to them with offensive language and they reported you. All you have to do is block the person and report them, you will never again get a message from them and you can sit safe and sound in the
    knowledge that they will be banned and not you.

    SERIOUSLY ITS NOT HARD!!!!!

    So you admit to violating the ToU/CoC & got suspended,seems like good enforcement to me.

    Did you report the other person?

    How do you know they haven't been suspended as well?

    When someone use offensive or bad language to me I just ignore it, but if it gets real bad then I will block them as I don't need my daughter to hear that stuff

    Poor enforcement

    Sadly, once you respond with hostile language, the other person can report you. It's best to avoid these people altogether.
