    Poor Customer Service: Missing Console after sent in for repair


    So I have been an Xbox owner since the very first Xbox way back, and it's not always been smooth Xbox 360 where I think I ended up with 6 consoles in total. However the farce has reached all-time highs, so my Xbox one X disc drive decided to give up the
    ghost and it had to be returned for repair. However, the console has now been sent back and funnily enough its not turned up, to make matters worse this is the second console to fail the original launch one died and I eventually had to speak with my credit card
    company to sort that out. It appears it been delivered to the wrong address. Microsoft's customer service for me this generation has been absolutely shocking. Customer service reps can't understand you and continual issues with getting facts right and giving
    good service.

    Update Failed. Status code 3524-0000-3080-0502-8007-0468

    I believe that your console is still in need of further repair. Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269) to speak with a customer service / repair technician about getting your console back in for repair. Sorry you are having issues after your repair.

    Xbox support sucks,

    I have sent console and power adapter in one package for repair, as support is not clear whether issue is with console or power adapter. 3 weeks later, they sent console via ups and there's no power adapter in it. Not sure what should I do with console without
    power adapter, except bang my head with it. I don't understand how complicated is to send both console and adapter to the customer after done with the repair. This is absolute inefficiency in handling service requests and lack of consumer orientation. I would
    never buy Microsoft gaming products in future.

    I can understand why you would be frustrated. Unfortunately you would need to continue to contact official support for assistance on this. These forums are only manned by volunteers.

  5. When a service order is submitted, a shipping label would have been created to serve as proof of shipment of your defective console. I could only imagine that the shipping carrier may have accidentally delivered the console to the wrong address according
    to what you've described.

    I'm afraid the only remedial solution at this point is to contact Xbox Support and/or the carrier to get information on where your package is, and look into whatever available ways they are able to help you.

    It may have been lost via shipping.

    If customer service doesn't help you may need to see which shipping service that used and then contact them.

    When a service order is submitted, a shipping label would have been created to serve as proof of shipment of your defective console. I could only imagine that the shipping carrier may have accidentally delivered the console to the wrong address according
    to what you've described.

    Damage to my console after a service repair order.

    My console suddenly stopped being able to complete updates and game installs. I sent it in to get serviced, and they said it's all good and sent it back to me. The problem persisted, and after another lengthy phone call with customer service, I sent it BACK to Microsoft for servicing. As I was removing my Series X, I noticed the rear panel wasn't reassembled properly, and was warping the top plate of my console. Microsoft is currently in possession of my unit, and they have the audacity to tell me the damage is my fault, and out of warranty. They won't even service it and is sending it back to me DAMAGED. Thanks for nothing service. I was expecting repair or replacement but no. Getting my extra faulty console back after two weeks of it in transit AND NOT FUNCTIONAL
