Poor console performance again.....

Sorry for the issue with games and updates not installing. First off, we recommend making sure the console is plugged directly into the wall. This may seem like a small thing but it can affect everything the Xbox does. From controllers not syncing, games
not downloading to even the console not turning on at all if it plugged into a power strip or ext. cord.

Power cycling the console once in a while is good too, if you have instant on power mode on. You may want to do another factory reset. If continues after that may want to think about a repair.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing lag on Minecraft. Have you noticed if it's only happening on your Realm or it's also the same for your worlds on your console?

Maybe try to adjust your game settings on the console and see if that will help with the lag issue? You can follow the settings to adjust for improving gameplay in here https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/44...

If the issue is still there, you can try reinstalling the game on your console if you haven't done that yet. Before you reinstall, make sure to upload your game save data to your PS Cloud.

According to the explanation you have provided, I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh. Therefore, you will only need to follow those simple troubleshooting steps that I will provide you with and your issue should be fixed.

The following troubleshooting step will help you clear out your MAC address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

If the issue still persists after going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 10-15 seconds plug all your cables back in and then restart your console.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I am only about 6 hours in and haven't seen any of the problems you guys have? Load times are around 30-40 seconds, no noticeable FPS drop on a Xbox one.
