    Im not recommend buying a trial version of the game Warthunder. In this version of the trial game, there are a lot of shortcomings, there is no organization and no balance. It is not possible to play Crossover platform mode because you are in a session with
    proficient and skilled users of personal computers. no chance to survive. forces are not equal, it is not possible to compete in general. I want to advise developers of this game to solve all problems with imbalance as soon as possible, this topic will become
    a marker and will be used in the future. I want to note that users of PlayStation do not allow admission to the cross-platform regime because of its insolvency. so why should we suffer because of this developer problem? Please all users who faced with a similar
    problem give their assessment in comments.

    cross platform/servers?

    lets not forget warthunder, which will be console exclusive for ps4, why? because PC and ps4 players will be able to play with and against each other cross platform.

    -UFC (Cross platform / Kinect?)

    -Destiny (Cross Platform / PS3 Exclusive content)

    -Battlefield 4 (Cross Platform / timed exclusive content) EA

    -Forza motorsports 5 (Exclusive)

    -Ryse (Exclusive / Kinnect)

    - Thief (Cross platform)

    That's my guess, a few of those EA games could be timed exclusive for the XBOne and most of them will make limited use of the kinnect too.

    You don't need to pay for a trial, do you, or do you mean the early access beta?

    This will be helpful to the developers. Do they have their own forums which you can post this onto? Maybe even shooting them a Tweet or, if it is a beta, reporting this feedback within the game feedback
    options?

    I have never played the game, so I could not tell you much more. When I do a search on Xbox Store, and Windows store (Microsoft Store in both cases) I don't get any results either :/

  6. Their forum and customer support are SHOCKINGLY POOR. You cannot post on their forum if you have played less than 3 games. Well I had played more than that, had a in game bug which made game unplayable for a week registered on forum could not post. Bug
    was fixed I could play again still couldn't post on forum.

    Eventually found I was now able to post on support forum. Guess what they tell me to post on other forum despite me telling them I am unable to repeatedly. They are not set up to welcome new xbox players. When it goes ftp there will be huge problems.

    I bought 15 pound early release which came with 2 weeks premium. After a few days a patch is released which says it fixes a control settings bug which I had not suffered. After patch had downloaded I play arcade planes and my controls
    keep switching every few seconds. Look at forum can find posts about previous problem but not current one.

    I think oh well new game bound to be bugs etc try tomorrow. This goes on for over a week I get very frustrated and finally am able to use support forum. They keep telling me to post in technical forum. I ask for 1 week of premium
    as compensation as game was unplayable for over a week. They tell me if their technical team has confirmed that there was an issue they will compensate me.

    Ok we're getting somewhere right? WRONG!!!! They tell me to show them a post in technical section where technical team confirmed that there was an issue. There isn't one only about previous issue.

    I point out that the bug was fixed so there must be a record of it (Patch notes/dev brief etc) just check that or contact dev team etc. They reply unfortunately we are not development team! I swear they are trolling me!!!

    I reply that I did not suggest that they are the development team but that they are part of the same company you have their details please contact them.

    They reply no its not our job to contact them. Please use steps provided ie post on bug forum which I HAVE SAID 5 TIMES I CANNOT DO!!!

    Its like their training is palm them off until they get so frustrated they give up!

    The sad thing is I enjoy the game and have friends who want to play it but my advice to them is DO NOT SPEND 1 PENNY ON THIS GAME. If their is a problem they will not help, its the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

    I've spent hundreds on World of tanks, if theres a problem where the servers are down for an extra 2 hours they give you a day of premium, these cowboys don't care if you cannot play their game for over a week due to a fault not
    their problem.

    How difficult is it for a support team to find out about a bug in their own game? Shouldn't they have been briefed about it?

    Apologies for epic rant but I'm so disappointed and want to warn people so they do not waste their money and time.

    This game has been out on pc and ps4 for years but they are simply not geared towards new players on xbox. Hopefully they can change but in the meantime AVOID
