    my connection is poor slow or fast start. I have fibre optic all the way from house to exchange with speed up to 200. Check router and shows connection speed to Xbox one s 144 , but test on Xbox speed below 4 !!!. Well done Microsoft . And how are you supposed
    to contact support ? Fill in detail boxes that it won't let you. And don't say update billing details , it doesn't work.

    It is not possible to speedtest your Internet connection with the help of the Xbox. As you've stated, the results will only show as ≤, ≥ 1 Mbit/s due to de facto that this is made by design.

    If you have any other concern, regarding the connectivity for your console, feel free to ask.

    This is an ongoing issue (even on some of the elder models) and has been acknowledge by Microsoft/Xbox.

    Whilst waiting for a patch, I would recommend that you use Energy-saving mode, as your console's power mode (if currently set to Instant-On).

    The only time where I've seen cutting out or stuttering on videos is due to a poor internet connection. Have you checked the internet connection with your Xbox One S to make sure it's picking the signal up good and not disconnecting, by chance?
