poor background and colors

I have had this game since this past Christmas, when my son gave it to me. I love it. I have always marveled at the graphics. Absolutely beautiful. I am presently at a level 55. I am experiencing several problems.

(1)The biggest problem is the graphics. Lately, the colors have been fading. It looks like sienna. mostly browns. Distance, past about 100 feet, is so white that almost nothing can be made out. I keep getting attacked and can't see the attacker.

I went to xbox customer support ( chat). The first guy said that I needed to erase my account and reload it. I did this, but it didn't help. I tried again and the second guy said it was a problem with my disc. I bought a new disc and I'm having
the same problem. I only have one more game for Xbox, Forza, and it seems to work fine. PLEASE HELP!!!



(2) I cannot get any more assignments from the Companions.



(3) Vilkas, continually interrupts by drawing his sword and asking the same questions. I have to keep running away from him, until I get far enough from him and then he is not a problem. Each time I go back to Jorrvaskr Vilkas comes back!



(4) When I go to Dawnguard for new quests, most are the same, or slightly different, especially " A Jarl's Justice". This really makes me not want to get any more quests from them.



(5) Are there any other areas that open up besides Skyrim and Solstheim?



(6) This is one of the most addicting games I have ever played.



Any help or answers to my questions will be greatly appreciated.

I just went back and checked all of my quests and have found three that are apparently, not completed. Each of these are in the completed list however.

(1) Proving Honor: all diamonds are shaded except, Return to Jorrvaskr.



(2) Infiltration: all three diamonds are not shaded.



(3) Rogue Wizard: only one diamond, and it is not shaded.



I have a feeling that (1) may be affecting the Companions and Vilkas. I don't know how to go back and get the diamonds shaded in.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Post Update: Home screen colors drastically different than depending on background

Good afternoon all, Since the update yesterday on 2/6, the colors on my xbox have been changed and in all honesty look disgusting. I typically use the middle orange color as my icons and such. Since then they now appear to be a chocolate brown color. I
have experimented with various things to see how this changes, and here are the results. Background: custom image. Colors: orange. Result: chocolate brown icons, no transparency. Background: achievement art. Colors: darker blue. Result: am even darker blue
with transparency. Background: achievement art. Colors: orange. Result: chocolate brown with transparency. Background: solid color (doesn't matter which). Colors: orange. Result: the colors are correctly orange. Also, the orange is pretty much the same on
my custom background as my xbox colors (Flyers fan) but the console changes the orange in the picture to be darker also. I've done the console reset method of holding in the power button, and have even disconnected power for several minutes however this did
not resolve the issue. Please help! Thanks!
