Poor App Sound Quality

Discus and support Poor App Sound Quality in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Playing music off Soundcloud or Videos/Music off the Youtube app sound terrible at higher volumes.     Poor App Sound Quality


    Playing music off Soundcloud or Videos/Music off the Youtube app sound terrible at higher volumes. Netlfix and dvds sound great same with games, but when you turn up a video or song on an app it gets crackly. Same thing for my xbox 360. It cant be my reciever
    as Aux and tv sound good on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Poor App Sound Quality

    Hey there!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. I notice you mentioned a receiver in your post - have you tried plugging your console directly into your TV to see how the audio from those apps sound then? If it sounds fine, then it would appear the issue is with how
    the apps and your receiver interact. If you still experience the same issue with the apps but everything else works fine, it sounds like the issue is isolated to the third party apps. In either of those cases, you'll want to reach out to the app developers
    and provide the feedback directly to them.
