Poor AI for suspension reviews

Is the review system so poor that a gamer is punished for sticking up for themselves?

Ive asked for a review and it was rejected

How is saying "I am not a [mod removed]" considered offensive?

Is Microsofts AI really that weak?

It doesn't necessarily have to be offensive. It just simply has to break the rules and profanity does break the rules which the AI can catch in messages. (im assuming profanity is what was in your message since it was removed here. If its not allowed on Xbox live then its not allowed here either and would be removed.)

You werent punished for defending yourself. You were punished for doing so in a way that breaks the rules.

It doesnt matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that breaks the rules (which it looks like you did) then you can also be suspended. It doesn't matter who started it.

Thats why its best to simply not respond at all and just block and report them. That way the only one being suspended is them and not you.

If it was a 24 hour suspension then you wouldn't be eligible for a case review.

There's nothing anyone here can do.Your suspension was issued by a person,not AI.

All suspensions are issued by a person who investigates the case before serving a ban/suspension.

Most if not everything I am reading is pretty sad....Poor AI, Lack of customization....Damn just paid in full for this too...poor AI is a big problem in a game like this

Don't contact support as they are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & can't do anything.

It can sometimes take the enforcement site a while to update & show what you did to cause a suspension.

As you've already filed for a case review all you can do is wait for the decision.

The enforcement team is not a bunch of AI. The only time AI is used is for detecting certain words,usually profanity. Suspensions are issued by a person.

well since purple people aren't normal wouldnt common sense kick in?

Everything must be rated e for everyone

You will have a very expensive hobby if you think you can harm or harasses people

I did not harm or harass anybody. If you will just keep insulting me instead of helping me then leave.
