    I am being charged for 2 Xbox accounts. I do not remember one of the account passwords (that is because I cancelled it. Or so I thought). I tried to reset it but am unable to through the system. I called help 3 times, each gave me a different story and in the end they tell me they cannot help me. But yet they are willing to continue charging my credit card.

    My solution is to cancel all my accounts tied to my credit card to stop them from charging me. They will also not reimburse me for double charging me. I asked other users about this and they say Microsoft is THE WORST to deal with. I can see that they are correct. I am in the process of cutting all ties with them.

    Has anyone experienced this where a second account is set-up and starts getting charged to you? I tried to enter my email and then said I do not remember my password. Hoping they would send me a re-set. Unfortunately, it takes a couple of hours for the e-mail with the code for the re-set to come through. (Microsoft is the only company I have their problem with.) Has anyone else experienced this and can they help me overcome it?

    The xbox one party feature is awful and unnaceptable

    I can appreciate that they know of the poor party chat system and are "trying to fix it" but do you/they not think it's only fair that we the consumer who have spent half a grand on this console, get to be given a rough idea of when this will be sorted.
    Its poor customer service to be honest and rather un professional. Don't improve it or change things, just make it the same way as the 360...simple. It's not rocket science.

    The X-Bone would of FAILED if MS kept the DRM.

    They gave a little, but the kinect needs to get the ability to diskinect. Simple. I can live with them making me get one, but I need to have a choice about plugging it in. In the light of PRISM and NSA I was surprised this was not the first change.

    Thank you for your reply; your information is very helpful. Although it's not what I wanted to hear, at least I can stop searching for an answer. I don't have a working knowledge on the tech side of club creation but it seems a simple thing to me. Hopefully. XBOX will make the ability to change the classification available soon.     How does a supposed AAA game in this day and age not allow players to change simple game options in all of the main game modes? In MyCareer, you can not change any gameplay options at all, including the difficulty level which is too easy or the ability
