    I’ve just been banned for 15 days or so because of saying the word “****” to another Xbox user after him and his friends team killed me and harassed me on rainbow six siege, these people got off Scott free with no bans or suspensions for what they did

    I would like clarification as to why my 10 yr old's gamer tag had a 24 hr communication ban. I am with him roughly 95% of the time when he is on and I am familiar with the people he comes in contact with when playing. I hear most conversations and I am curious
    as to how you have come to this decision considering that i have had him block and unfriend certain players because they were picking on a child. I want to know what my son said that would constitute this action.

    As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take care of them. Even if they have not gotten a suspension yet, doesnt necessarily mean they wont. There is also no way for you to know for sure if they have been suspended or not.

    Sorry to hear you're upset. However, the PET get thousands of reports a day that they must investigate. Odds are that the enforcement you're experiencing may be due to something you have done a few months ago. Please be sure to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/
    and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action and open a case review with the PET.

    If someone harasses you just report them or block those persons from further abuse. Retaliating counts as harassment and is object to enforcement acts.

    That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums.

    BTW, defending ones self is not an excuse for breaking the code of conduct. You should simply report/block and move on.
