Здравствуйте,не могу купить ни одну игру на xbox360 вылезает ошибка,что это значит и когда заработает??

there could be many reasons why you are getting that error. Main reason is the authorization isn't clearing from the bank or credit card provider. We recommend first to

update billing information. After that if it still doesn't work you can request a call back, and a support agent can help you with the issue.
When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select no thanks
Step 3-----select games
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
