POKER CLUB SHUTS XBOX ONE X DOWN

HI ,i bought poker club and everytime i try to play it it shuts my xbox one x down,on turning it back on i get warned that it got to hot and it shut down to prevent any damage,now i clean my xbox weekly and its in a well ventolated area with now restrictions,and
this is the only game ever i have had this problem with,i can no longer play the game from fear of it wrecking my system,i told microsoft about this a day after buying it ,some times it takes 2 hours to shut me down ,sometimes it takes 10 mins,i asking for
a refund as it was a digital dl and i have been told i cant have one as i have played the game,yes i have played the game ,yes i love the game yes i wanted the game but i cant play the game,i have told microsoft this but they still wont do anything about this
,saying again i have played the game and cannot have a refund ,why are they making me pay for a game that is unfit for the purpose i bought it for,i cant play the game and if i continue playing it and it breaks my xbox will they refund me for a new one ,i
think not ,i repeat this is the only game this has ever happend on ,i play cold war with no issues,why would a poker game over heat my xbox ,
