    hi im having trouble getting my points i was told to change my region which ive done already i was told to ask for my points to be deposited manually i dont know what else to do ive posted a few times about this and im told to opt out which ive done i still
    havent got my points yet can somebody please just give me my points i dont know what else to do help please than kyou

    Ok first off this is real as opposed to the bs on YouTube etc.
    Last week i went to play Halo 2 (Master Chief collection) on my sons xbox one, his profile was already signed in so i changed to my profile which was migrated from my xbox 360. It asked if i wanted to sync the profile and i said no.

    I then thought about it and realized i did want to sync the profile so i could see my gamer points, but i couldnt find the option to do it retrospectively, so i changed to his profile briefly and back to mine. He signed in on his profile to play co-op and upon starting the game (which i have never played) i was awarded all of his gamer points and achievements for Halo 2, it actually took a few minutes as it systematically awarded me the achievements.

    I am wondering if anybody else has seen this?

    Hello Insanity RaR,

    As mentioned in your previous posts, you still have a US Rewards Account with a Canadian Microsoft Account. Since we cannot deposit USD into a Microsoft Account that only accepts CAD, the deposit cannot complete. We have reviewed your account, and again,
    you have not opted out.

    Since it appears that you do not wish to stay in the US region, you must first close your current US rewards account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
    You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and all information and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by
    signing back up again, which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    If your join by date still shows "???", and not a recent registration date, then your account has not yet been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old
    account to your new one.
