Points wont convert

If you go to your MyRewards page, the MyStatement section has a record of all Credit and deposit events on your account. There you will see that you have had multiple previous deposits.

Additionally, it seems like you may not be fully aware of how the program works. We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you did not reach this amount until this month, you were not scheduled for any deposits. We do
deposits on a bi-monthly basis around the middle and end of the month. Due to this, a general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit, and Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since all your Credit events that placed you above the 5000 Credit amount occurred at the beginning of the month, they were not deposited until today, during our end of month deposit.

I had to convert my point balance to a cash value though, it wont let you buy these games with points?

Not sure what the difference is between the two?

I forgot to mention that it is also saying I converted a total of 0 points last month which makes no sense.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since your 15,000 Credits were only placed as pending in the beginning of the month, they will be a part of the end of month deposit. Since you have
already been scheduled for a deposit due to being above the 5000 Credit amount required for an automated deposit, the request deposit button has been removed.
