Points were never deposited at the end of May

I looked up your account and saw you have 7,000 credits on your account. The pay out process will run on schedule on June 15, which means your credits should convert to spendable cash later that day or on June 16th

The points are never deposited right away. The promotion will probably end in a few days. After that its 6-8 weeks for the points to be deposited.

That's the thing tho. I've never deposited. I've never had any points cashed in. The lifetime points were just wasted.

https://billing.microsoft.com Deposits from the Rewards program will not be listed as rewards points, but only as a credit. For December, points were deposited on the 5th and around the 20th. For any points you had deposited before December, they would
have been deposited around the 12th-13th or end of the month after you had earned at least 100 points.

The 440 you see on the site would be all points you've earned since joining the program. It doesn't necessarily mean all of those were deposited in December. So you may have had several deposits in the past as well.

Unfortunately, the points were never emailed. Does Microsoft usually distribute the promo points if I don't pay them first? This is probably what happened. My Xbox Live subscription didn't run out until Jan. 6, 2012, when they charged my credit card for
$84 to renew the subscription.

I checked & double-checked all my emails. Nothing. The points were to be deposited into my account, not a code, and they were never deposited. I have a screenshot of the terms of the original offer stated that:

"Set up your upcoming Gold renewal

at a lower price now.

24-month Gold

for just $84 (15% off)

+

1600 free points

Obviously it is past 6/30/11, and unfortunately, the terms of the agreement for the offer were never fulfilled by Microsoft. I realize your hands are tied because the offer has expired. Mistakes were made and the customer came out on the short end.
