    My points earned changed from 141840 to a negative 141840. How do I fix this?

    Negative point balance

    turned all my points to a negative number, now can't buy any new puzzles

    Analysts are saying that the next XBox will sell for $350 - $450

    You def can't do what Sony did last gen. That 600 dollar price tag was a turning point into a hard recovery of negative PR.

    Xbox Support said it was a Windows problem; Windows said it was an Xbox problem. I tried to get both sides together, but neither was willing to cooperate. I suppose someday I might just take my Surface Book to a Microsoft Store and see if they can see
    their way to a solution, but it is definitely aggravating.

    I take it this is a problem in Call of Duty 4? If it is, I'm sorry to say that there is no way to fix it other than creating another account. If I were you I would abandon playing COD4 altogether, the online game is broken and full of modders now.
