    I have that multiple billable account issue, every month I receive a message saying: "Update your account to claim your rewards" (11 months ago). I want to request a points transfer to the following Gamertag: PoeticZeus00090

    Hello IndianHeartH9,

    We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing
    your billing email from that screen.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Unfortunately, we cannot transfer Credits between accounts. At the current time, we must await a solution from the team working on this issue in order to resolve your deposit error. Apologies for the inconvenience.
