    hi there,

    I had an issure with mt account region or something and I sorted it a few weeks back but no point have been deposited like I thought it would. 15,000 sitting there and I requested them last month or at the start of march.

    This sounds like a Xbox LIVE Rewards issue, if so, please make a post in their forum area
    here.

    Please Note: Reward agents only work from Monday-Friday's from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

    Why would you expect regular members of the forum to be able to sort out your points?

    Have you actually tried posting in the Xbox Rewards Support section of the forum? You know where the people who run the Rewards program will actually see your

    Hi Fash Fangers. The reason we received from our failed deposit is that your currency is not matching. This means your locale on Xbox is different from your Rewards locale. If you've changed this to have them matching, we will attempt to make another deposit
    on April 12th. If you still do not receive a deposit then, we will be making a forced deposit at the end of the program. Thanks for your patience.

    with MSP coming to an end, any and all existing MSP from Xbox rewards, no matter how low or big the amount is set to be deposited around August 7th I believe, so no matter what it will happen then

    I suggest you follow the advice above, this is just a regular forum and no one here can help you, swearing wont help you as much as dropping playstation's brand name will

    Sounds like you need the Rewards forum. You'll want to make your post here:
    forums.xbox.com/.../29.aspx

    Your total and pending can be different. I know my total is the total amount of Points I have recieved, the pending are the ones waiting for deposit. If this is the Rewards program, you'll definitely want to go to that forum and make a post. The Rewards
    program is handled by ePrize, not MSFT.
