Points still pending after 12 months

Hi,

I've had points pending on MyRewards from MyMissions that still haven't been credited and that around 12 months now. First one is dated 13/12/15, the next is dated 15/01/16 and then my most recent one 30/11/16. Could someone please help me in getting this
resolved as it has obviously been an issue for a while.

Purchased a 12 month subscription

So i bought the 12 month card, redeemed no problems, but the main reason i went with 12 month over month by month was the 200 MS points, and in my rewards page it says i have other things pending but not the 200ms points for the 12 month, WHAT GIVES!?
but seriously, i redeemed code a week or more ago, and nothing has turned up in the pending section, could i get a lil help with this

Hello Major Ryngstyng,

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Rewards points are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 100 points pending. So if you don't have 100 yet, they will remain pending until you do.

i have on my rewards program 70 points pending.. from 3 surveys and a 1 month live..i completed 2 ADDITIONAL surveys as a gold member no points added to pending, i added 3 monthes of live .. again ..you guessed it still the same old points pending...
march/april i lost count mate at the points i spent.... MASSIVE

That's partially correct, but points are not deposited quarterly.

It takes up to 96 hours for points to show as pending in your Rewards account. Once pending, rewards are deposited around the 15th of the following month after you have earned at least 100 points.
