Points still not converting/depositing into currency

My account is still not converting points to currency regularly. I've currently got over 22k points that have been there for months.

Is this still a known issue? Is there a resolution timeframe yet? If my account continues to be impacted by this issue, what triggers a deposit of the currency? I've had currency deposited before, but it happens very infrequently and certainly not on
the schedule listed in the FAQ.

Rewards still not depositing

My rewards are still not depositing into my account. I’ve had to post 4 Times now. Can my points be transferred into currency in the form of Microsoft points. I’d like to use them on the sale currently going on.

Xbox Rewards points problem

PoMx, Rewards had some difficulties depositing the points into accounts that had been conveeted to currency via beta consoles. These people were sent codes via e-mail so that they would still get their rewards points.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current time, we have not yet received an estimated resolution time for this error. The team working on this error does provide fixed deposits occasionally, such as your deposit in June, but have not yet informed us when to expect
a consistent deposit schedule for this error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

Your points were converted to currency and deposited into a microsoft account. check under account management and payment options. it should show it there.

Yeah,it will automaticly convert the points into currency.

You can still use the old points cards,like i said,it will convert the points into currency.
