Points Redeemed but not showing up or being added

Discus and support Points Redeemed but not showing up or being added in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I redeemed 20,000 Xbox reward credits, but although I no longer have the VIP Gems I still haven't gotten anything about the credits.     I redeemed 20,000 Xbox reward credits, but although I no longer have the VIP Gems I still haven't gotten anything about the credits. Can some one help me get the redeemable credits?

    Uh oh that shouldnt have happened you have found a glitch

    @Sparklefingers its for points (Fallout DLC tonight) it not showing that they have been added, but im not 100% confident that it wont say "code already redeemed" or similar later. Fingers crossed!

    Son's gamer tag should show $20.00 but is not. We just added the Beta updated. We added points, but is not showing up. Support is saying that the $20 should there.

    Hello GAMEdaPUNISHERX,

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Hello,

    Please check your account's billing history here. There's no way that the season pass was redeemed and there's no record of the points being added from redeeming the code and then the actual season pass being purchase.

    You can do so by visiting this page here. Once you've confirmed that it is showing up in your billing history for the points being added and the season pass
    being purchased, you will need to contact phone support.

    Phone support would be the only ones who can assist with something not appearing in your download history if it's being shown in the billing section of the account.

    Hello,

    You would need to contact EA Support for an issue like this. This is not something that Microsoft can assist with as the points show as being redeemed on their side. EA is where the disconnect
    happened and the points didn't show up on their server end.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I've never donated points, or used them for that matter. The daily ones show up randomly (but also sometimes don't). It's the large ones, the 50+ point quests that aren't being added to my total. So it's random.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.

    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). We see that your rank is accurate.
    Again, keep in mind that consumables are not eligible for MyVIP. We see that you had some large consumable purchases back in June. Your recent purchases have all properly been accounted for your MyVIP.
