    I was browsing my purchase history and noticed 4 purchases of Xbox points.. I did not make these purchases and never received the points anyway. I would like to add the points to my account or get a refund...

    Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Furthermore, since we can only Reward a purchase once, your purchases of Mafia and Titanfall would not be eligible for payback since they have already been applied to the Games
    on Demand punchcard.

    We have offers for both physical and digital pre-orders in Games on Demand and the MicrosoftStore.com offer. However, we can only reward offers for purchases made during that offer.

    That can't be correct as I would imagine 800 points would be more expensive then the 500 points at £4.25, so your minimum transaction theory doesn't quite work. The point I was making is we shouldn't have to go and buy a pre paid card, the question is why
    doesn't Microsoft offer it available in there marketplace.
