Bandwidth will be constrained and download time will increase during activities such as streaming content, playing games, or game streaming from your Xbox to a Windows device. Apologies for the inconvenience. Since your initial registration pre-dates our data source, you have been assigned a "-" value for your Xbox Live tenure. This is purely a web issue, and does not affect any of your other stats in the program.

For help with the rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

Keep in mind if you're looking for VIP rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for March purchases.
