I purchased the digital edition of Ghost Recon Wildlands almost 2 weeks ago. My rewards points for both the purchase itself and the bonus still do not show on my account, not even as pending? Why!?

The purchase would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need. Other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

I have pre-ordered Sea of Thieves a few weeks ago and have not received rewards points for the pre-order. Do purchases from the xbox store not count towards rewards?

VIP Rewards will take longer as the VIP Rewards over March will appear 15th of April.

Since your purchase was beneath the spending requirement for this offer, it was not completed. Regarding payback, a few things; first, purchases that go towards offers do not award payback as well. Second, we calculate purchases as a monthly whole and place
it as pending in your account by midway through the following month, as stated in our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We will adjust the missing change for your Simply Rewarding offer, but please keep in mind to meet the pre-tax spending requirement for future offers.

What about purchased add-ons? For example; I spent $10 for the deluxe edition add-on, $10 for all dlc cars, $5 on a game map, and another $5 item for Need For Speed Payback; none of which gave me microsoft reward points- but i made sure to complete the
sign up for it.???

And Hassassinade -- unless you're aware of Microsoft's internal process and/or work as part of the XBL maintenance team, you have no idea if they were simply 'aware' of the problem and did not start fixing it until office hours resumed, or paged out an on-call
engineer, or have shifted staff 24x7 that actually fixes problems. Sure, you can have 24x7 monitoring for issues; but emergency recovery or action to resolve issues doesn't always happen around the clock; even for a worldwide service like XBL.
