    Points not showing up


    It doesn’t seem that points from my purchases are going through in my account anymore. I definitely made a few purchases in January, and I don’t see them reflected in the site. Same can be said for the monthly survey. I am also fairly certain that I had
    previously held the game pass for 3 consecutive months, but I ever saw the badge for that.

    I bought 2000 microsoft points from xbox.com at May-13-12 and I have the confirmation email but no points have shown up.

    Please check your billing history and make sure your points have not shown up before contacting support. Also, you can try to suggestions of clearing your system cache to see if it updates or not or re-downloading your profile.

    Sometimes the process is delayed either due to connectivity issues or problems server side. You may just have to be patient! However, if this problem persists, I'd try contacting Microsoft billing support on their website again. Once again, this may take
    time, though they will do their best to get back to you. I imagine this is frustrating, I've had a similar issue with Black Ops 4 and PSO2 myself.
