Points not received on pre order punchcard

I pre ordered 3 of the games listed before the end of the month but have yet to receive the points from completion.

Pre order punchcard

I still haven’t received my third punch on my pre-order punchcard the last game I preordered was Cod WW2 so I should’ve received my points by now

Xbox reward punchcard issues

I have pre order 3 games that have now launched on my punchcard shows only 2 out the 3 but when i chech below games shows i have pre order 3 and not received the 15000 reward credit

Support will check into it, but keep in mind the credits should show as pending after all 3 games were released. If Sniper Ghost Warrior was one of your punches, you should receive the credits by April 7

Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since only your purchases of Ghost Recon and Mass Effect were made during the last offer period (which started in January), you only had two out of three punches, and therefore did not
complete the offer.

I am looking at my order history and i have all that say preorder bundle. In conclusion, who is your support team so i may point out my purchases while the punchcard offer was going on.
