If you want to give Microsoft points to your friends you will need to buy a pre-paid points card for their region.

 

Microsoft points/ Fifa points paid for then error message did not recieve no points

Ok so friday i got paid and thought yeh i will buy some points as you can check my history i do buy alot of points well my dad buys them for me so anyway i went to fifa 14 to buy some fifa points and i wanted to buy the £11.99 points so i tried and an error
message come up so i thought that it didnt take my money out so i pressed b and backed out then a box appeared and said points downloaded i checked my download folder nothing happened so i assumed it was a fault so i tried again and this time it worked so
i did buy the £11.99 package in the end but i got charged twice and only recieved the 1 lot of pouints i am very angry because i do buy alot of points and i either want my points or my money back otherwise i will take this further it's on my other xbox live
account my gamer tag is (Ablindgayman) i'm assuming that you will check into it and check mty history please do and you will see i got charged for 2 lots and i only recieved the 1 get back to me asap !!!!!

 

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to at least 5,000 credits pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by
the 30th of the month. So if your credits were pending early in December, they will be deposited on the 29th.

If you're getting a message on the Rewards site that your account needs attention, then you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account.
