Hi my points are not depositing into account on the 30th of October which is now gone by, i thought the deposit dates are on the 15 and 30th of every month but it has not gone through, can you explain to me why thank you.

When credits are deposited is determined by when you earn them. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to the 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for October took place on the 25th. Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the
30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you got to 5,000 on October 27, they should be deposited on November 10 (the next deposit date).

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just do you have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.
