hi my points will not deposit into my account and it is now the 17th of may 2018 and I've been waiting since may 9th for them to deposit and it will not deposit into my Microsoft account balance. I can not wait for the 30th I need them by Friday may 18th.
I need other people to help me not "microsoftrewards8" <== probably a fake moderator that gives everyone the same answer and doesn't help me or anybody else with all of their issues. I need help from a reliable human being (not Microsoftrewards8)

Points not deposited

Hi MAJOR UK1. The Credits were awarded on November 24, so it did not make the cutoff for the deposit made that day. They are scheduled for the next deposit, which will be on December 15th. Thanks for your patience.

In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you
get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled. Since you earned them on the 9th, they are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.

Points are only deposited twice monthly, around the 15th and 30th. Typically if the points are pending between the 1st and 15th they're deposited at the end of the month (around the 30th) and if the points are pending between the 16th and 30th they are deposited
around the 15th of the next month.

Unfortunately those are the only times points are deposited.

Xbox LIVE Rewards Points equal to or greater than 100 will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account each month. It may take up to 30 days for the points you earn to be deposited into your account. If your points total is less than 100,
the points will be held as pending until 100 total points are reached and deposited into your account.

Pending points are usually deposited around the 15th and 30th of each month. Your points might just be pending until the next deposit date.
