Points not being deposited into my account

Have had over 6500 points for a while now, the 30'th came and went, my points where not deposited into my account. The option to manually select a date is gone from the page now also. Lots of promotions, and points, but no rewards. I feel like I have been
scammed.

You see... Xbox Live Rewards has a very small workforce. Like 3 people, and none of them are very well educated. In fact, it is probably based in India. They get paid $3.54 USD/hr. So you getting scammed is nowhere compared to how much they really don't
want to give you the points you earned. You know seeing as it comes out of their paychecks or something like that.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event happened on the 17th, it will be a part of April's mid-month deposit. Since your deposit has been scheduled already, there is no need to request one manually, so the button has been removed from your page to request
one.

http://rewards.xbox.com. You will be able to see how many points you have and also request a deposit there.

I think you have to try a phone call support. They have a permissions needed to see your billing info, so they can give you a proper help. It's US contact information, for example.
