    Points not being added


    Good day i have been making purchases and the reward points or rebates have not been added to my account. Neither has it added to my VIP rank thus keeping me at rank 0. Can anyone help with this?

    Microsoft points not being added!

    I got some codes mixed up. Turns out the code that didn't work, I lost, so I tried redeeming other MSP codes that I had already redeemed!

    I can't get them back I've spoken with support already.

    But you now need 800ms points to change your gamertag. What happened to the points you've already redeemed and why didn't you take the card back to the shop you bought it from when you realised it wouldn't let you redeem the code? You've stated above that
    you tried them as soon as you got home, why wait until now?

    Have you actually tried inputting the code again as a message that states 'This code is invalid' probably means just that, you used the wrong code so try it again. If you've already done that and it's not been that long since you bought it, take it back
    to game or gamestation with the receipt and try and get a refund.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.
    " (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). We see that your rank is accurate.
    Again, keep in mind that consumables are not eligible for MyVIP. We see that you had some large consumable purchases back in June. Your recent purchases have all properly been accounted for your MyVIP.

    Ouch, sorry to hear. My suggestion is take ALL receipts you received from the purchase of the card and go back to the retailer to verify the indeed activated the points card correctly. If they have and you still cannot redeem then contact the Support for
    your area and they may be able to assist with adding the points to your account.
