    Greetings,

    I received my February 2017 reward statement via e-mail today and I believe that there are points missing. I made a $26 CAD purchase during February that should count towards the MyVIP discount at the 2-star level. This would equate to 400 points, including
    the GOLD bonus. February is my renewal month for my Gold membership and I did experience a problem last year at this time with the calculation of my reward points that was attributed to my renewal -- it could be a factor this time as well.

    Question about my MyVIP Star Rank February promo

    There was a promo last month in Xbox Live Rewards where if I spent $175 in February in the Microsoft store on games I would receive my last star in MyVIP Star Rank. The promo stated that results for getting the star would be calculated by March 7th. When
    I logged in today to confirm the results my profile did not show my 5th star but instead said I'm at 5% of getting my 5th star. I made the following purchases in February to receive my 5th star which are over $175.00...

    -Friday, February 10, 2017 - Deadlight: Director's Cut $6.00

    -Tuesday, February 21, 2017 - Attack on Titan $30.00

    -Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - Firewatch $10.00

    -Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - N.E.R.O.: Nothing Ever Remains Obscure $4.99

    -Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - Titanfall® 2 Deluxe Edition $32.00

    -Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - ARSLAN: THE WARRIORS OF LEGEND $59.99

    Half these games I only bought to receive my 5th star from the promo being offered so I hope this can be looked into...thank you for your time and help with this issue.

    I have yet to see the duplicated credit event on my statement to reflect my Gold status for MyVIP points awarded in February 2017 as indicated by the support representative who answered my query. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    We are currently investigating your purchase. At the current time, we see that we are accurately tracking your Gold Status. Since your payback would be modified by your status, this is likely not the cause, since you currently do not have any payback, free
    or Gold, as you say.

    After investigating, we determined that your purchases went to the VIP Boost offer last month. Since purchases that go towards offers do not award payback, your purchases did not go towards MyVIP. However, this offer was unique in that it did not pay back
    in Credits. After receiving user feedback, we changed this offer to also award payback. However, it looks like some user accounts did not receive this update. We determined why this is occurring, and are extending the fix to those affected. Apologies for the
    inconvenience. Once we receive confirmation of successful payback, we'll update this thread.

    We see that payback has been awarded to your account, but since our calculations were using past data, your Gold status was not incorporated correctly. We will duplicate the Credit event in order to reflect your Gold status. You should see this adjustment
    by the end of next week. Apologies for the inconvenience.
