  1. Points gone forever?

Last time I didn't get an answer so now I'll just ask for a confirmation, it's 15th and my 32 000 points have not deposited to my account, so I presume they automatically transfered to Microsoft Rewards. Since my Microsoft Account is unable to migrate from
Czech Republic to any other country where MS Rewards is supported, my points are gone I presume? I doubt my country will be supported within a year, so they will just expire, right? Any chance to reach them or should I just give up?

    :)

  2. 2400 points gone...

I went to purchase new avatar gear earlier and found out that my points had been used. I called 1 800 4 my xbox and was told nothing could be done. When you see my download history the last points I spent was on 2 add-ons for godfather 2 and an avatar pet
but on points history it show call of duty 4 was purchased for 2400 points. I never downloaded or purchased it, I don't even like that game. 1 800 4 my xbox could only say sorry nothing can be done and I should change my account info. I am very disappointed
in microsoft and I am seriously thinking about canceling my account all together. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

    Microsoft Points gone.

Hello. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to but it, but I had recently gotten 1,600 MS Points for my Xbox Live account on Christmas and activated it, but didn't really get around to spending them. So, yesterday, February 2nd, 2012, I decided to buy
a Dead Space outfit for my avatar. As I attempted to buy it, a message popped up, telling me "Your Microsoft Points balance is too low to complete this transaction. Please add more points to your account.", and that I had no Microsoft Points what-so-ever.

I went to "Microsoft Billing and Account Management" on my computer, and saw that on January 14th, 2012, someone spent all of my Microsoft Points on "Premium Gold Pack"s, "Premium Gold Jumbo"s, and "Gold Packs".

I guess this may be proof, but I don't know.

I also noticed that I had somehow earned two FIFA 12 achievements, even though I had never played them game.

They apparently spent more Microsoft Points than I remember having. I think I had around 1680, and yet they spent 3040, which is more than I remember having.

    Points gone forever?

    Hello VHS DEATH FORCE,

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Please note that due to the large volume of deposits, your deposit will occur around the 15th, including up to a few days before
or after that date. For any questions about your Microsoft Rewards account after the transition, you can reach out to Microsoft support via the link in our FAQ:

Where do I go to get help, more information, or to give feedback?

    • If you have feedback about Microsoft Rewards, please send us an email at L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    Email Deletion

If her email was a Microsoft server email (@hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @msn.com, @live.com) unfortunately there would be no way to recover the email once it is taken off of an account it would be gone forever.

would there be anyway to recover it in general or is it gone forever, permanently, for all uses?
It would be gone forever for all uses because at this point the new email that you entered in is considered the primary email for that account.

I now have exactly 60,000 gamerscore.

You've gone and ruined it by getting those 90 points. Ruined it, I say! Still, congrats. I'm forever going to be stuck on an awkward number thanks to Viking: Battle for Asgard, the smug git.
