Points for Reward purchases not pending.

Hi, I purchased some items during December for a rewards promo for a "past,present and future" purchases. I did what it said should have count towards the rewards and I see nothing pending or rewarded on my account. GT:, I would like to know I
didn't waste good money for nothing.

I have renewed my gold membership and made marketplace purchases but it's not showing up for any reward points pending.

You did not complete the "Past" chapter with your purchases. For that offer, you had to purchase $30 of eligible content. Here is the eligibility list for that offer from its FAQ:

Games must be purchased in the Xbox Store and be from this list of approved titles: Halo 5: Guardians, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Forza Motorsports 6, Rock Band 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Fallout 4, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege
