Points for purchases

Wow do i recieve credit for new purchases of store bought items as well as digital

I just git one s and other items battery packs and disc gamez

And i dont see how to add tbem to my accounts

Points for purchases

Looking at my purchase history, I have not received points for my purchases in quite a while if at all.
1 point per $1 spent in Microsoft Store, plus earn bonus points on select purchases Level 1 Microsoft Store benefits, plus exclusive Level 2 bonus offers. It has exceeded the 96 hours as stated to wait for the points to be rewarded. Tried to
resolve the issue through chatting with support. I can't believe the time I've wasted and the crappy support I was given. I'd like an answer from someone. If not, I'm considering returning the xbox I just purchased. I'm waiting.

 

Points for purchases

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards Program is not the same.

 

Unless there is a specific promotion running (such as the Upgrade to Xbox One S, or physical disc pre-order from microsoftstore.com in the US) we are NOT rewarded for making hardware or physical disc purchases.

The staff can confirm if you qualified for the One S upgrade, other than that unless the games you purchased were hard-copy pre-orders from microsoftstore.com, and you live in the USA, then those will not count toward MyVip/Rewards.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We do not generally award Hardware purchases unless as part of a special offer. We cannot track purchases made from retail stores, and do not award for those purchases.
