As long as you're eligible for the offer (it shows on the Rewards site when you sign in), you just need to purchase a new console from microsoftstore.com using the same email address as the one you use for the program. The credits should show as pending
about 15 days after the console ships.

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

If you're upgrading from an original Xbox One to the Xbox One S,
check out the steps here to receive an adapter. If you purchased an Kinect sensor separately with your Xbox One S, you'll need to find a local retailer that has them in stock.

I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.
