I see that I'm able to get a lot of points for buying an Xbox One X but what if I've already bought it? Do I still get some points?

Microsoft rewards

I recently installed Microsoft rewards on my Xbox one x and found you can earn 50,000 points for buying an Xbox one x. However I already own one. Anyone know if I can still earn the points since I have an Xbox one x?

I bought an Xbox one x today and I am wondering how can I get the 50 K points on Xbox rewards for purchasing it because there is a promotion right now for buying an Xbox one x and getting 50 K points

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
support. Generally in order to qualify, the purchase has to be made during the offer period.

Just to point out, I see some people making the mistake of referring to the new Xbox Series X. This question is specifically for the Xbox One X, not the new console. I have no intention of buying the new Xbox Series X.

Did you purchase the Xbox One X during the promotional period? If not (including buying it before then), it's unlikely they will award you the points.

With the same account has what you use for the Rewards program. Winning a console would not count as a purchase.

You can trying contacting Microsoft Rewards customer support but in order to qualify the console has to be
purchased from Microsoft.
