Points disappeared without turning into credits

Pretty much what it says in the title

Got many points for doing rewards in March, april rolls in, the points disappear but no credits

Was hoping to use them on the sale but i guess that ship has sailed now. just want to make sure if nothing happened because it was quite a bunch

Last post disappeared into thin air, is it really that difficult to get a referral? 100 microsoft credits to whomever sends one.

Hi D4RKSiDEC00KiES. Since 4,000 of those Credits were awarded after August 31, your automatic deposit was scheduled for the next deposit run. A deposit will be made on September 28. Hang tight!

 

If you haven't already, you'll want to check your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it shows your deposit. That site will also list any transactions that may have already used the currency.

yes, i'm checking the commerce and the billing pages often. so far, nothing. got the cash back from the myvip star ranks after buying ME: Andromeda a while ago, but nothing from my credits yet. and i check the rewards page regularly, i know when they got accounted
for and since then nothing, all my credits went kaputt. kinda disheartening to be quite honest, putting me off from buying more stuff if i don't know the points will end up counting or not

We see a successful deposit on April 12th of 9200 Credits (20.24 BRL). This will be listed on your commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account) as a refund with a negative amount. If you do not see these funds
in your account, you will have to reach out to Xbox Billing Support for more assistance. Unfortunately, we only have control of Credits while they are in the Xbox Live Rewards program. Once they are deposited as funds, we no longer have any control over them.
