Points Deposit?

I purchased an Xbox One S off the Microsoft website, and I was hoping to get the points in time to spend them on the Black Friday deals. I see them in the pending points, and they've been there since before the 15th, but I don't have the option to request
a deposit and they didn't get deposited automatically.

Can someone help? Thank you!

Xbox Gamer-points Glitch

Ok first off this is real as opposed to the bs on YouTube etc.
Last week i went to play Halo 2 (Master Chief collection) on my sons xbox one, his profile was already signed in so i changed to my profile which was migrated from my xbox 360. It asked if i wanted to sync the profile and i said no.

I then thought about it and realized i did want to sync the profile so i could see my gamer points, but i couldnt find the option to do it retrospectively, so i changed to his profile briefly and back to mine. He signed in on his profile to play co-op and upon starting the game (which i have never played) i was awarded all of his gamer points and achievements for Halo 2, it actually took a few minutes as it systematically awarded me the achievements.

I am wondering if anybody else has seen this?

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So even if you had them pending before the 15th, but they were pending after the 1st, they would be scheduled for deposit on the 24th (the last deposit for this month).

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

I can confirm Smwutches' statement. Since your Credits were placed as pending on the 11th, they should be deposited into the end of month deposit cycle this month.

Points are only deposited twice monthly, around the 15th and 30th. Typically if the points are pending between the 1st and 15th they're deposited at the end of the month (around the 30th) and if the points are pending between the 16th and 30th they are deposited
around the 15th of the next month.

Unfortunately those are the only times points are deposited.

Xbox LIVE Rewards Points equal to or greater than 100 will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account each month. It may take up to 30 days for the points you earn to be deposited into your account. If your points total is less than 100,
the points will be held as pending until 100 total points are reached and deposited into your account.

Pending points are usually deposited around the 15th and 30th of each month. Your points might just be pending until the next deposit date.

I have checked my billing points history and found no deposits of 400 points or multiple deposits that equal up to 400 points.

The only time we are able to request a manual deposit is when you have between 1,000 and 4,999 points. At that time you can activate the manual deposit request and the deposit is processed on the next deposit date (it is not immediate). If you have over
5,000 points then they are typically automatically deposited to you account on the next deposit date.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
