Points being delayed

    Points being delayed


    So I purchased the Infinite Warfare/Modern Warfare/Destiny triple pack, and two different anime products last Thursday. I have yet to be shown credit for either the anime rewards or the star rewards. Are the credits shown later than 96 hours now because
    that's becoming unacceptable. When every other rewards program can update nearly simultaneously with a purchase having to wait days to see if you get credit is a bit much. It's not like we can return the product

    LOL @ThanatosXRS… buy a PS4? Why? and I'm totally being serious. I have one and I regret buying it at this point. Maybe LBP3 and Bloodborne(which has been delayed - surprise) will make me want to keep it.

    Hello Cassner,

    As it says in the FAQ for the extra VIP Star, and on the tracker on the MyRewards page, the extra star will not be Rewarded until March. If you are asking about general VIP payback for that purchase, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. However, we can confirm that there is currently an issue with the anime offer that we are in the process of resolving. You should see the Credits for that offer
    pending by the end of next week, at the very latest.

    Sometimes there will be a delay in receiving the reward points, but you should still get them after a small delay

    JMO, but booking a week off work to play a video game is pretty close to the definition of insanity. lol

    What pushes it to the point of actually being insanity is doing that in a climate when more games are likely to get delayed than are not.
