Points are not added to my account

I´m member to xbox live rewards since July, 6, 2017. After, i´ve bought a xbox live gold subscription y also i've bought a game in the xbox store but when i see my reward those credits do not appear. I understand that both things add up credits, both subscribe
to xbox live gold and make purchases at the xbox store,

The xbox live gold subcription was made on July 9 and i bought the game on July 10.

We do deposits on a mid month and end of month basis requesting a deposit merely schedules your Credits for one of these deposits. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:





I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

 

Points not added to my account

I requested that my 11,000 points be transferred over to Xbox currency on the 15th but it still showing my points and not transferred over to Xbox currency. I wanted to buy some dlc with the currency please help!

 

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold unless you were referred to upgrade to gold by a friend.

As far as the game purchase, what offer are you looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order
to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We have not awarded Credits for Xbox Live Gold since 2014.
