    I recently opened jigsaw and notice that my point total decreased from 116445 down to 808585. I did not buy any new collections or do anything that should have caused a decrease. I too have had continuing problems getting kick out of the program when completing
    the challenges or even working on puzzles from the collections.

    Hi, there is currently an issue with gamerscore and achievements affecting a number of Xbox users. I've seen several users reporting this issue that matches what sounds like is happening on your account. I know that Xbox Support is aware of the
    issue and is working on a fix. In the meantime, you can go to the
    Xbox Live Status
    page to monitor the issue and to sign up to request a notification when the issue is resolved. Hope this helps!
