    POINT PROBLEMS


    Already I contacted support Xbox Brazil and they performed to change my billing address, which was in the US, and became a Brazilian address, which coincides with the country where my account is domiciled, Brazil. Thus, consideration meets the requirements
    for the transfer of points.

    i think you are talking about gamerscore and those are not transferable between accounts and if you are talking about microsoft points which is the currency for online purchases they also are not transferable.

    POINT PROBLEMS

    Hello ronald,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change
    your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. Currently, your are US Rewards with a BRA Microsoft Account.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account
    to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
    account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Hi SharperIsland65. Those Credits were deposited to your Microsoft account on March 28th, therefore they were removed from the pending status. If you change the filter on your MyStatement, you can see your past Credits.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credit's from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Hello Peter9029,

    After reviewing your account, it looks like there might be some confusion on how our program works. There are two main ways of earning Rewards Credits:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    . These are usually time limited special promotions that award Credits for completing specific objectives: buy a game and earn achievements in that game, etc.

    -or-

    2. For non-offer, general purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible
    purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Keep in mind that pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Also something to note is that at the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This last occurred in December 2016. Since you are
    currently a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    So for example, your purchases of Call of Duty in April did not award any Credits since they neither qualified for any offers on the MyMissions page, and you did not have any MyVIP stars that awarded MyVIP payback.
